Refund & Rescheduling Policy

We want every purchase to feel clear from the start. Here’s how payments, changes and sessions work at Grūm SZN.

All purchases are final

Purchases of The Curator (Polished, Immaculate and Splurge-Worthy) and sessions with Julian are final and non-refundable, because access and planning begin as soon as you buy. If you were charged in error, or something isn’t working, email grumszn@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.

Upgrades

You can move up a tier at any time and pay only the difference. What you’ve already spent always counts toward a higher tier, and your progress carries over.

Rescheduling a session

You can reschedule a session for free up to 24 hours before it starts.

Late changes and missed sessions

Changes or cancellations within 24 hours of a session, and missed sessions, carry a $99 fee to rebook.

Access window

Access to The Curator lasts through your wedding date plus 45 days. If your date moves, let us know and we’ll update it. Your plan PDF stays yours to keep after access ends.
